Join MWR for Spring Boot Camp Monday through Thursday from 7 to 8 a.m. starting May 4 and going through the 28 at the NSA Philadelphia Fitness Center.
This is open to all fitness levels and there are only 25 spots available. This is a four-week boot camp that focuses on a full body workout. Each session combines strength, endurance, interval training and cardio!
This is open to all military / DoD civilians and eligible family members. The registration deadline is Wednesday, April 29.
