Spring Boot Camp

Workout with NSA Philadelphia MWR Fitness. Join us for our Spring Boot Camp beginning Tuesday, May 6 through Thursday, May 29 at the MWR Fitness Center. We will be hosting one-hour sessions Tuesday through Thursday from 7 to 8 AM. The class is limited to 20 participants. They will be full-body workouts combining interval training, strength, and cardio.
